In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to a person include natural persons, corporate bodies, and unincorporated associations.

Any reference to a statute, regulation, or legal provision includes any amendment, re-enactment, or successor legislation. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 7j7bd platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a binding contract between you and 7j7bd.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

7j7bd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your age at any time. Accepted documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh, or a valid driving licence. Where satisfactory evidence cannot be provided, your account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals will be held pending verification.

Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to utilise device-level parental controls and browser filtering tools to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms, including 7j7bd.

4. Account Registration & Security

To participate in any real-money activity on the 7j7bd platform, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — will be merged or closed, and any bonus funds held within the duplicate account will be forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 7j7bd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 7j7bd supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer to major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party source will be returned to the originating account and your 7j7bd account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a specific exception is granted in writing by 7j7bd's finance team. This policy exists to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering standards.

• All deposits are subject to a brief automated fraud screening process. In rare cases, a deposit may be held temporarily pending manual review.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours in the first instance. Our target is to action all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of submission.

7j7bd does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank, etc.) may apply their own service charges, which are your sole responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• All bonus amounts and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) and will be credited to your BDT wallet.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games on the 7j7bd platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules published by the respective game studio or trading department at the time of play. In addition to provider-specific rules, the following general provisions apply to all wagers placed on 7j7bd.

• Bet confirmation: A wager is only valid once it has been confirmed by the 7j7bd system and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Unconfirmed bets resulting from connection failures are void.
• Insufficient funds: A bet will not be processed if your real-money balance is insufficient to cover the full stake. Partial bets are not accepted.
• Odds and RTP: Sports betting odds are set by 7j7bd's trading team and are subject to change up to the moment a market is suspended. Slot and casino game RTPs (return-to-player percentages) are published by the respective game studios.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or materially altered after the bet was placed. In such cases, the full stake is returned to your wallet.
• Error correction: In the event of a manifest error — such as an odds feed malfunction, a software bug that incorrectly credits winnings, or a game outcome arising from a technical fault — 7j7bd reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct account balances accordingly, regardless of whether winnings have already been credited.
• Game disconnections: If your internet connection is lost mid-game on a live casino table or slot, the outcome of the game round already in progress will be determined by the server-side result. 7j7bd is not liable for losses arising from connection issues on the player's side.
• Cricket and sports markets: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all other cricket markets, settlement follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In-play bets placed after an event has concluded due to a data feed delay are void.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 7j7bd platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, all pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation, and any winnings arising from prohibited conduct forfeited.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated arbitrage betting.
• Money laundering: Using the 7j7bd platform to deposit, process, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. 7j7bd cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement authorities where money laundering is suspected.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using VPNs, or employing any other technique to claim bonuses multiple times or to exploit promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated tool to place bets or interact with the platform without genuine human decision-making.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings that would not otherwise occur. Any gains obtained through such exploitation are not legitimate and will be reversed.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider in respect of a valid deposit. Such action constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and recovery of any winnings paid out against the disputed funds.
• Underage access: Knowingly accessing or facilitating access to the 7j7bd platform by a person under the age of 18.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Either party may initiate account closure. You may close your 7j7bd account at any time by contacting support via live chat after login. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered bKash or Nagad wallet within 5 to 10 business days.

7j7bd may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension or closure.
• Prolonged inactivity — an account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative closure after prior written notice.

Where an account is closed by 7j7bd due to confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, any balance within the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms fraudulent activity, the withheld funds may be permanently forfeited.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7j7bd platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 7j7bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 7j7bd platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written authorisation from 7j7bd.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the platform.
• Use the 7j7bd brand name, logo, or any of its trademarks in any commercial context, including affiliate marketing campaigns, without a signed affiliate agreement with 7j7bd.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror the 7j7bd website or any portion of its content on any other website or platform.

Game content displayed on the 7j7bd platform (including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio. All studio trademarks, game names, and visual assets are used under licence and remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7j7bd excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to financial losses from gambling, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or technical interruptions.

7j7bd provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from viruses, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.

Where 7j7bd is found liable despite the above exclusions, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your 7j7bd account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

7j7bd reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made in response to regulatory developments, product changes, changes in our operating environment, or to better protect the interests of our players.
